Brighton Agricultural Society Incorporated was founded in 1945.  2009 will see the running of the 63nd Annual Brighton Show.

We are a small but dedicated committee.  Organisation of the Brighton Show commences each year in February and the show is traditionally held on the second Sunday in November.  In 2009 this will be November 8th. 

Our Organisation strives to involve the broader community as much as possible and promote agricultural activities, to people from both town and country.  Our annual show is the largest single event in the Brighton Municipality with attendance each year of over 10,000.

This Show provide lots of free family entertainment for the community, covering a variety of agricultural activities and inviting as many schools, community groups and youth groups as possible so that all persons in the community and surrounds can access what they have to offer.
